avex kids' dance lesson number 1!
Perfect for all dance beginners!
We'll be learning how to move to the rhythm and picking up some basic dance moves!

In this lesson, KIDO, who is a dance instructor here at avex kids' dance academy,
will be teaching us the essentials to moving to the beat as well as some basic steps.

It's just right for beginners!

Remember, knowing how to move to the rhythm as well as how to perform basic dance steps is essential if we want to perform more complicated choreography later on.

Want to master these basics and be able to move like you've been dancing for years?

KIDO will explain in detail the most basic fundamentals of dance
so that you'll be able to master them all.

In the first half of this lesson, we'll be covering "Down", which is one way of moving to the beat, as well as some basic steps.
In the second half of this lesson, we'll be combining the two and practicing them along to the music.

KIDO will be instructing the kids here and there as we progress through the lesson,
so if you're a parent teaching your child, it's a good video to learn how to teach effectively!

This video has been flipped horizontally, so you can just mirror the movements as you see them on the screen.
Feel free to jump anywhere in the video, or replay certain parts as you practice.

No matter what kind of dance or music it is, the ability to move to the rhythm and perform basic dance steps is crucial.
We hope you'll be able to master these basics by learning from KIDO!
