◇Course Content & Schedule
This course consists of a total of 12 lessons, uploaded every Saturday at 9:00am.
It is designed to give you a complete experience as if you are with your trainer first hand and receiving a personal training one on one.
You will go through effective workouts that do not require any special equipment. Each lesson is 15 minutes long, and you can workout with AYA at your own pace, at home.
Throw your workout clothes on, get a water bottle and a towel ready, and hit the play button.
AYA is a fitness model as well, and her stylish activewear and toned body will also keep you motivated.
This is a weekly workout lesson.
A new lesson is uploaded every Saturday at 9:00am. It will show you how to train your body at home with a total of 12 lessons in a course of 3 months.
Each lesson contains about 15 minutes of workout routine, and you will go through each movement as if you have your trainer right there alongside you.
You can take the lesson right after it's uploaded or use the free time you have on weekends.
It's just like a training you receive in a class, but you have the freedome to take it anytime you want.
The workout plan and the routines are created personally by AYA.
She designed each lesson so that you can stick with the program at home.
AYA believes "easy" workouts won't bring results.
The workout routines in this lesson are suitable to do at home, but also intense enough reflecting her principle.
It might be difficult to keep up at times, but AYA motivates you throughout the course so that you can keep going.
Workout as if a trainer was with you in person and push yourself to your limit!
This is Day 1 of the course.
Start with cardio workouts that burn your fat and boost your metabolism to built your muscle.
Never done workouts? Don't worry.
Each routine and movements are demonstrated and explained in the video.
AYA will walk you through each routine and motivates you,
so you will feel as if you're physically attending a personal training session.
There are breaks between sets of exercises, so you can pace yourself and avoid straining your body.
Working out doesn't just tone your body,
but also releases shoulder tension and prevents muscle cramps.
It's a perfect home workout course.
