How can I sign up?

You can register from the “Sign Up” page. You can select and register from the following five ways: Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Yahoo! Japan ID, or email address.

How can I log in?

You can log in with the registered e-mail address or your Facebook, Instagram, LINE, or Yahoo! Japan ID account. Please log in after registering from "Log In" page.

Is the member registration free?

Member registration is free. There are no annual fees or renewal fees.

How can I watch the lesson videos?

After registering for membership (free), register your credit card and purchase the lesson video, then you will be able to watch it.

What can I do if I register as a member?

You can use many functions such as buying and watching videos, browsing tools used in lessons, viewing and posting images, etc.

I can not receive the email that verifies registration.

Please check your settings to see if you are able to receive emails from "MIROOM". If you have set up a junk-mail filter, please adjust it so you can receive emails from our domain.

Can I change the email address that I registered?

After logging in, you can change it from "My page" → "Edit User Account" → "Edit Email Address".

Can I change the password that I registered?

After logging in, you can change it from "My page" → "Edit User Account" → "Edit Password".

Can I change my name that I registered?

After logging in, you can change it from "My page" → "Edit User Account" → "Edit Profile".

I forgot my password.

Please set a new password from password reset page.

I forgot which account I used for registration.

Please contact us from Contact. In that case, please write the name you registered with.

Is there anything to do after I change my phone?

Even if you change your phone, you can still use "MIROOM" with the same email address and password you have registered in the past. If you change your email address, please change your profile for “MIROOM” as well after logging in with your previous email address.

I deactivated my account once. Can I register again?

It is possible. However, if you have been suspended due to a violation of MIROOM’s Terms of Service or any other due reasons, you cannot register again.
